These are some of the best quotes from the SaveIE6 petition page.
Trying to get your website to work correctly in IE6 is like a puzzle game! Challenging and fun!
It is really great at rendering websites that actually have content, instead of just bells and whistles!
My iPhone could only view this page in Safari. Ugh! What's it going to take to get a REAL browser, like ie6, ported over? C'mon Microsoft and Apple!
Without IE6, a 40 hour web design project might only be a 30 hour web design project. Please don't put me out of work in this economy.
I don't believe in re-inventing the wheel. Why does it have to exist other browsers when IE6 works for everyone? That's why I started the SaveIE6 campaign.
If it ain't broke...
My motto: "If it works in IE6 then it'll work just fine in everything else." Why go through all the hassle of testing in other browser? Doesn't make any sense. IE6 is a wheel. Why reinvent it?
it seems to be compatible with everything!
I love the fact that transparent pngs get funny background colors. It means I can see them easily and replace them with gifs!

The ONLY true box model.
Without IE6, we would only be able to charge less than half the money for creating cross browser compatible websites. IE6 is good for business, and will help us get through this crisis!
These newfangled CSS tricks need to STOP! I am sick and tired of browsing around on my beloved IE6 and seeing so many broken sites. The internet needs to shape up or I'll stop visiting.
As a current mac user, the one thing I miss most from Windows is IE6. Its smooth and simplistic interface have been with me since 2001. I still stare at it longingly while running in Parallels and say "why, why all this improvement."
Those infidels will always tell you how their browser is superior to IE 6... but what browser did they use to download their inferior toy? That's right, IE 6 is the foundation of all browsers.
My SEO customers rank better when their websites are previewed in a IE6 browser. And reputed search engines as honeyforflies.com give more Hon Rank to websites developed for IE6. I do not want it to die!

As a webdeveloper it hurts me when I find myself unable to style browser's scrollbars. It's the most important aspect of user interaction and inferior browsers like Firefox don't let me style them! IE for life!
Often I am amazed at the pure Salvador Dahli-esque features of IE6. For years I have been trying to achieve the random div placements in any other browser and failed miserably. It always displays exactly the way I want it! What is the point in that? Where is the randomness in the display that IE6 has offered us throughout the years? Bring back IE6 or I will have to go back to heavy drug abuse!

Using your incredibly simple wizard, I was quickly able to download a customized version of IE6 for Windows on my Macintosh Computer (I use "VirtualBox") and can now again enjoy the finesse and speed of this great WWW Browser. Needless to say I'm a avid proponent and hope to see a native port soon. Thank you so much! Signed, Ecstatic Internaut.
IE6 is the only browser that gets the box model right. Content + padding + border = overall width. What else should it be? Besides of that: Excellent debugging tools and precise JavaScipt Error messages make web development a breeze!! I'm loving it just like my Windows ME
Without IE6 around, I’m left with useless skills like hacking max-height with expression() or applying sophisticated HTC filters. Nobody is going to hire me now that I can’t shine my shiny knowledge. Bring back the king of browsers!
ie6 can show me internets! really!
Well it's obvious surely. IE6 is clearly a step ahead. I miss typewriters too.
IE6 is the only website browser that should be around. I don't know what all this buzz is about that Firefork website viewer thing, or that Oprah browser. I knew she did a talk show and all but web browsers? Get off my interwebs!
IE6 doesn't have to support W3C standards. It's so refreshing not to have to design to all those silly web standards rules.
CSS is dumb and I love bluish grey .png backgrounds!!
Never change a winning program! Never!
IE6 was the first and only browser I have used. Its tight integration with my OS makes it a cuddly friend
